We are fed these scripts from a young age. They keep us functional, efficient even, but the struggles of modern life are more complex than any of these messages acknowledge. These messages are not there to enhance our well-being, or to heighten our collective awareness. They are ingrained in us so that we never question the “why?” behind the patterns we carry out, so that we do not question the failing systems of the world we live in. They keep us stuck, separated from ourselves and from the lives we could be living.
Impasse Life Recovery is a self-development program designed by a psychology Master’s graduate who has seen both sides of the curtain, and seeks to bridge the gaps where the mental health industry is falling behind.
